The Struggle is Real

Every day since moving to Florida, almost a year ago, has been a struggle of acclimation to the heat and new lifestyle...Well finally it happened. 

The perfect compilation of events on a 72 degree morning with 88% humidity, I nailed my long run.  16 miles in just under 3 hours.  NOW that may be the slowest 16 miles I have ever done... but given that I have been struggling to run long, its a major win for me!
