Joe completed his last long run... 20miles.. SOLO... took him 3 hours and 7 minutes.. so help me if he beats me in this marathon on September 13th I will thump him...!Hee hee..
So both of us are now done our long runs for a few weeks... very nice.. !....perhaps now we will actually get something done around the house...
