On Monday night, my sports massage therapist guy taped my shin and leg with some sort of Japanese voodoo sh-t.. it's blue and pink tape following the line of the muscles.. suppose to help me with my shin problem... I have to leave this tape stuff on for three days even while training and bathing.. it's breathable material it's kinda cool.. I had to look it up, here is the info.. does this mean I will be an Olympian now>?

Denise, Joe, and I will be doing the Dream Lancaster 100 Mile Bike ride in Lancaster on Saturday. Joe and I did this last year and somehow convinced our friend Denise to do it with us this year. What a sucker she is.. oops... bets are placed she won't be our friend after this ride

Bicycle Tours for Dream Ride-Lancaster10-100 Miles Our bicycle tours will take you through the rolling countryside of Western and Northwestern Lancaster County with continuous views of preserved farmland, some covered bridges and the less traveled country roads.

Here is elevation chart..

Joe did say Doctor cleared him for event… I think....

Sunday, July 26th

I will be participating in the Keystone State Games in York.. Its a track meet...I had signed up for a few events but may only do one or two of them.. even I think I am getting a bit obsessive..
11am (3000m)
1pm javelin
2pm 1500
3pm 400
3:50 800
****afterwards have to head home to pick up the dog, cat, bikes, and kayaks…. trailer the MTB bikes on back, regular bikes INSIDE truck, plus the cat and dog inside, kayaks on top.. thus when I get to the beach I will stop and pick up camper, move the bike rack and MTB bikes inside the camper and hook up camper take to camp site… poor truck.

THEN ITS VACATION!!!!!!!
